Overlooking the waterfront promenade and the busy harbour, Las Palmeras is a large resort hotel located in the centre of Fuengirola, just 200 metres from the beach. Modern and simply decorated, the 400 air-conditioned guestrooms all have furnished balconies and are equipped with satellite television and direct-dial telephones. The half board room rate incorporates buffet breakfast and dinner.

There is an on site gift shop and hair salon and the front desk is open round the clock and offers currency exchange services. Those with cars can make use of on site pay parking. Guests can take sunset strolls along the Paseo Maritimo, Fuengirola's main street and the town centre shops and the railway station are within a kilometre. The nearest airport is Malaga, 25 kilometres and about a 25-minute drive away. Trains run between the airport and Fuengirola every 30 minutes (journey time 30 minutes). A taxi between the airport and the hotel costs around 35 EUR.
