THE ACCOMMODATION COMPRISES OF THE FOLLOWING:
GROUNDFLOOR. LARGE bright modern kitchen fully equipped with DISHWASHER, FRIDGE/FREEZER, OVEN and HOB, DINING TABLE and CHAIRS ( for informal dining ). An ARCHWAY through leads to the DINING area and LOUNGE with fireplace. For your entertainment there are T.V , DVD player and CD/CASETTE player. DOORS off LOUNGE lead to a shared flower-filled SPANISH PATIO with own well complete with table and chairs.. Off the DINING area there is a UTILITY room containing a WASHING MACHINE, TUMBLE DRIER and DOWNSTAIRS CLOAKROOM.
